The staff's willingness to help made a difference during our stay. The manager was understanding and promptly offered a full refund when I addressed my concerns.

The overall condition of the place was not up to standard.

While the room came with useful amenities like a fridge and microwave, cleanliness left much to be desired. Kids playing in the parking lot can disrupt late-night peace. For breakfast, I recommend exploring local cafes nearby for a better experience.

We had a great time exploring the nearby beaches and enjoyed our stay there with the kids. The room was spacious enough for our large family and gave us easy access to our favorite spots in Tampa Bay. The location was convenient for all our beach trips.

My kids wished for a cleaner environment. The floor was dirty, and we had to deal with a lack of proper breakfast options. It could have been more family-friendly with better dining facilities.
